Avamere St. Helens enjoys being part of a small community where local families know one another and create a homey and family-like environment. We take pride in being part of this rich community and encouraging our residents to enjoy it as well.
Our team reinforces Avamere's overall mission, "to enhance the life of every person we serve" in two ways: first, through our deep compassion for residents and second, through our business practice that no one person has just one job.
We're here to serve residents—our customers—in the best way possible. So you'll see everyone "rolling up their sleeves" and pitching in when needed. The residents experience this culture and feel secure that they can go to anyone for assistance when needed.
As Executive Director, my door is always open. I'm very personable and value close communications with residents and their families. I truly want to hear their concerns—and joys—to help me do the best job I can.
